Safety Protocols

One of our office’s top priorities is maintaining the health and safety of patients, staff, and families. We have, and continue to take the following preventative measures in order to reduce the likelihood of illness, and to ensure that those who enter our office will not be put at risk:

  • Heightened infection control, including advanced disinfection of the rooms
  • Hospital-grade HEPA filters
  • Specialized suction devices to reduce aerosols
  • “Fogging” of patient rooms with environmentally safe, high-level disinfectant
  • Plexiglass barrier in the reception area
  • Reduction of touchpoints
  • Universal precautions for the welfare of our patients

In order to allow us to continue providing a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff, we kindly ask our patients and their families for the following considerations:

Before Your Appointment:

To ensure that patients entering our office are healthy, you may be asked to fill out a form regarding your current overall health. A receptionist will provide you with this paperwork upon arrival. If you are feeling ill prior to your appointment, we do ask that you give us a call so we can provide you with an alternate appointment. If possible, please try to give a 24 hour notice. Our office also asks that you limit the number of family members attending appointments. If you require an escort, please have them drop you off and we will contact them when you can be picked up.

At Your Appointment:

Once you arrive at our office, feel free to come right on in! Our office is face covering optional, so you may enter with or without a mask depending on your personal preference. When you enter, please go right to the reception desk where our receptionists will provide you with any paperwork needed.

After Your Appointment:

You may return to the reception office for any additional information and/or arrangements.

Thank you for your continued confidence and trust in our office. As always we will strive to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Please reach out to our office at 973-728-3779 to discuss any specific concerns or issues you may have.

Respectfully,

Dr. Agnieszka Jamrozek and Staff
